Due to limited parking at our wedding venue, we will be providing shuttle transportation for our guests.

Departure Schedule:

From the Best Western: Shuttles will depart at 4:15 PM.

Trailhead at bottom of Notch Rd (Long Trail): For those who prefer to drive, parking is available at the trailhead, about 500ft south of Notch Rd. Shuttles will pick up guests from the trailhead at 5:00 PM.

Return Schedule: Shuttles will depart the venue to return to the Best Western, with a stop at the trailhead, at the following times:

10:00 PM

12:00 AM

1:00AM

2:00 AM

We want all our guests to have a fantastic time at our wedding, so if you need special parking for medical reasons, please let us know, and we’ll ensure you’re accommodated!
