This can be pretty flexible up until the deposit date or 1 year mark beforehand but is all based on availability. Note it will be hard for our agent to change dates after final payments are in (August 2026) as availability goes down and a fee may apply.

We suggest arriving 1-2 days prior to the wedding day if possible so we can enjoy some time on the beach together and pre-wedding events. Note: We will have a cocktail party for all guests on Thursday, November 12.

No problem! Please book single occupancy for now and note it in your booking form that you may add someone later. Since it is a room only booking you will get the same rates as our group contract which is great!

We would love nothing more than a big celebration with all of our favorite people! Due to resort policies, we need an accurate guest count in advance to ensure everyone is comfortably accommodated. The all-inclusive resort fee has built-in tips for the staff, so you are not obligated to tip the staff. However, if you feel your server/bartender/etc. has delivered exceptional service, then absolutely feel free to tip at your discretion in USD!

Swimwear, Sandals, Sunscreen, Aloe vera gel, Bug Spray, Hats, Sunglasses Although the resort is all-inclusive, we recommend bringing $1 & $5 USD bills to tip the staff if you feel that they gave exceptional service. For more information on dress codes for each restaurant at the resort, please check out the resort website for all information on their restaurants.

To attend our wedding events, guests not staying at Dreams Tulum will be required to purchase a wedding pass. This helps cover additional venue and hosting costs charged by the resort for outside guests. We’ve included the rates below, based on the current wedding guide. Please note these may be subject to change for 2026: Half Wedding Pass – $60 USD per person (Includes access starting 30 minutes before the ceremony and ends immediately after the wedding reception) Full Wedding Pass – $115 USD per person (Covers full-day access from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM) We highly encourage staying at the wedding hotel if possible — not only is it more convenient, but it also allows everyone to enjoy the experience together without additional costs or restrictions. If you choose to stay off-site and wish to attend any wedding events, please let us know in advance so we can keep an accurate guest count and plan accordingly.
