We’ve secured a limited number of rooms for our guests through the resort as part of our wedding group package. Guests who book through this package will receive our discounted group rate and will be automatically included on the guest list for all wedding events.

We chose to go the route of a "room only" arranged booking system, so all guests are eligible for the discounted room rates, and can then book their preferred air carrier separately and use points if they wish. Room Rates (per night):

Single – 1 guest per room

Double – 2 guests per room

Triple – 3 guests per room

Preferred Club Upgrade

Deposit - November 1, 2025

Non-refundable CAD deposit of $200 per adult, $100 per child (3-12 years of age).

Final Payment - August 12, 2026

Your final payment will be due summer of 2026. This will also be outlined on your invoice.

Should you wish to make payments in between the deposit and final payment date please contact our group travel planner to assist you.

Be sure to fill out this form per room! So if you are room sharing, please fill out all of the details with those you are sharing a room with for inventory accuracy.

Note: This is an encrypted form that only our agent will see for you to fill out your details to request your booking. Please allow 2 business days (Mon-Thurs) for an invoice to be sent - be sure to check your junk box so you do not miss an email!

2. You will receive a invoice for your review - you must follow the steps to approve the invoice in order for your spot to be confimed and deposit to be processed.

3. Once your invoice is approved, and your deposit is processed, your spot is officially confirmed and your RSVP is submitted! Yay! You will then not need to make any payments until the final payment date.

4. Closer to the final payment date you will receive reminders of your final payment being due. It is your responsibility to ensure you meet this deadline as well as your travel details and payment details are up to date.

Our group block does not come with the option to add in insurance and our group planner does not sell it but she recommends going with Manulife as your trip is a significant investment.
