Where will the ceremony be?
The exact location of the ceremony will be determined closer to the wedding date, as we want it to be set in the beautiful Alaskan nature. The location will be within the Mat-Su Valley, but the final spot will depend on the weather and the number of attendees. We’re aiming for a scenic, outdoor setting, so please be prepared for a bit of adventure and flexibility. We’ll provide more details as the date gets closer!
When will the ceremony be?
The ceremony will most likely take place in the early afternoon. However, the exact time will be determined closer to the wedding date based on the selected location and the number of guests attending. We want to make sure everything is perfectly timed, so we’ll provide you with the precise details as soon as we can!
Where will the reception be?
The location for the reception will be determined closer to the wedding date, as it will depend on the number of attendees and our final plans. We’re excited to host the reception at a local restaurant within the Mat-Su Valley, where you’ll be able to enjoy delicious food in a relaxed and beautiful setting.
To create a more personalized experience, guests will have the option to select from the restaurant's menu. This allows everyone to enjoy a meal that best suits their preferences.
What should I wear to the wedding?
There’s no formal dress code—wear what makes you feel comfortable! Since it’s summer in Alaska, bring layers, as the weather can be unpredictable. It could be warm during the day, but cooler in the evening, so a light jacket or sweater might come in handy. Just dress for the weather and for what feels right for you!
Where are you registered?
If you'd like to honor us with a gift, we’ve made it easy with our online registry here on the website. Any gift you choose will be greatly appreciated, but please know that your support and well wishes mean just as much to us. Thank you for celebrating with us in spirit if you are unable to make the trip to Alaska.
