Members of the wedding party are asked to arrive the Wednesday prior to the wedding or Thursday morning at the latest. All other guests are welcome to arrive anytime before the wedding. Those who plan to arrive early and RSVP for the welcome soirée should plan to arrive by Friday morning at the latest.

The wedding day dress code is semi-formal. Jackets required, no ties. Guests are encouraged to dress in florals, as possible.

Due to the capacity of the reception space, all guests are named on sent invitations and the RSVP form.

Due to the groom’s health restrictions and the policies of the reception space, children over one year of age are unable to attend.

The bride and groom have arranged complimentary transportation to the ceremony and reception from the reserved hotels. Guests are also welcome to use ride share apps if preferred. The reception space parking is reserved for vendors and those requiring handicap accessible parking.

A shuttle will pick up guests at the two reserved hotels at 1:15 and 1:30 respectively. After the ceremony concludes, this shuttle will bring guests directly to the cocktail hour and reception venue. At 9:00 pm the shuttle will transport guests back to the reserved hotels. Guests are welcome to stay at the reception past 9:00 pm for any after party activities but may need to arrange their own transportation to their hotels through ride share apps.

The ceremony will begin at 2:30 pm. Guests are recommended to arrive by 2:15 pm at the latest if arranging their own transportation.

Cocktails and hors d’oeuvres will begin at 4:30 pm at the reception venue.

The reception will directly follow the cocktail hour starting at 5:30 pm.

The ceremony is a 25 minute drive from the reserved hotels and the reception is a 10 minute drive from the hotels. The drive directly from the ceremony to the reception venue is about 30 minutes.
