Andrew and Taylor’s love story begins on the third floor of Dana English Hall at Quinnipiac University. Ironically, neither Andrew nor Taylor wanted to be assigned this dorm building, it was both their last choice. Little did either of them know that being assigned to Dana English Hall third floor would lead them to finding their soulmates.

On the first day of college both Andrew and Taylor were introduced to each other along with 50 or so other guys and girls on their floor. It was that day they also learned that this was the first time Quinnipiac had ever had a co-ed floor and this year would decide if they continued co-ed living. To make a long story short, that was the first and last year of co-ed living at QU. But it was not the end of Andrew and Taylor and their friendship quickly grew living down the hall from each other. They both would stay up into the early morning hours talking about life and world around them all while eating Andrews family size bag of flavor blasted goldfish. It was those nights that their friendship grew and they quickly became the best of friends.

While they remained just friends for the first couple of month, it was (apparently) obvious to Andrew that Taylor had a crush on him. As the first semester came to an end and both Andrew and Taylor went back to home towns of Shelton and Danbury and it was the first time in months their friendship would have some distance. Now some would say Andrew started to miss Taylor which prompted him to asked her on a date to Gillette Castle a few days after returning home for winter break.

Thrilled with the idea the two drove all the way to down to Groton Connecticut just to realize the castle closed for the season the day before. The only thing they could do was laugh, take some pictures and get some Chinese food and call it a day. While the date didn’t go as planned, it was the start of something wonderful. From that day on Andrew and Taylor spent most of winter break together. When they returned back to school for the second semester, they kept their new relationship private as they knew it would be a surprise to their friends and were cautious given the fact they had to live on the same floor regardless if their relationship lasted. Then a few weeks in on February 1, 2013 Andrew made it officially and the two have been together ever since.

Their relationship tested the difficulties of both college and then post graduate distance when Andrew’s job moved him to Stamford and Taylor remained in Hamden. Nonetheless, their relationship persevered and they were able to grew together and in 2019 they moved into an apartment together in the city of Norwalk, Connecticut.

It was in September of 2023 when Andrew finally accepted defeat and pulled off Taylor’s dream proposal at none other than Gillette Stadium during a patriots Vs dolphins game. It was Taylor’s dream since she was a little kid to be proposed to at a sporting event (some would say it was the opposite desire of Andrew) nonetheless he made her dreams come true and even pulled off a dolphins win with it.

Now, the two prepare to tie the knot with their family and loved ones
