We request that guests wear semi-formal attire - this could be dresses, button down shirts, slacks/shorts, sandals, etc. Please avoid wearing jeans, sneakers, cargo shorts, etc.

Our wedding colors are a variety of green and purple shades, and these are the colors that the wedding party will be wearing.

Our ceremony is planned to be outdoors (rain location is a covered porch), the cocktail hour will be in the bar space and on the covered patio, and the reception will be in the ballroom.

Yes! Please silence and put away your phones during our ceremony and be in the moment with us.

To get to the ceremony space, you will have to walk around the outside of the club house. To enter the building from the ceremony space, you may use the stairs or an elevator located in the basement (going up to the ground floor).

The Women’s restroom is located on the ground floor of the club house, and the Men’s restroom is located in the basement (accessible either via stairs or the elevator).

There is free parking located on 3 sides of the club house. For handicap parking, enter the lot, turn right, and there will be spots along the left-hand side.

We do not have a shuttle for transport between Fairfield Inn & Suites and the venue; however, it is not a far drive. Please be responsible and carpool, use ride sharing, or leave your car overnight if you are unable to drive yourself.
