Chris is Andrew's middle brother and lives in Chesapeake Beach, MD with his wife, Meagan, and their two daughters, Grace and Mia, who will be flower girls at our wedding. Andrew and Chris enjoy fishing together and are both avid anglers. Chris will be reprising his role as Andrew's best man.

Soren and Katie met in 7th grade through a mutual friend, and have been best friends ever since! From prom to soccer games, the birth of Soren’s son to a trip to Paris, and now weddings, they have always been there for each other and there was absolutely no question in Katie’s mind of who would be her friend of honor.

Jeremy is Andrew's youngest brother and currently splits his time between Clinton, MD and Boston, MA to visit his girlfriend, Rachel. Jeremy was quite surprised when we asked him to be our officiant, but we trust he is well up to the task having officiated a friend's wedding previously as well as been president of his fraternity.

Sam is Katie’s youngest brother and currently lives in Salem, VA. Being six years apart meant that there wasn’t a ton of interests in common between the two growing up, but as adults they’ve found much to bond over and are learning that having your siblings as friends is an incredible gift.

Alex is Andrew's best friend and former co-worker. The pair bonded over many a work struggle which blossomed into an excellent friendship. Together, they won 3rd place in a company gingerbread house competition with a Cookie Monster-themed house (their crowning glory). Alex lives in Sterling, VA with her cats Iroh, Moemoe, and Simon.

Miranda and Katie started as coworkers at FEMA, but their friendship quickly blossomed into something amazing! The two have gone on pottery painting dates, braved Miranda’s first 5k together, and always have more to talk about with each other even after hours on the phone. Katie is so thankful to Miranda for being an extra bright light in her life, helping to lead the way through all the unknowns.

Malcolm is married to Andrew's cousin, Megan, and they live in Bryans Road, MD with their daughters, Cadence and Corinne. Andrew and Malcolm enjoy going to rock/metal concerts together, as well as watching and discussing professional wrestling.

Korbin and Katie’s brother Troy were both in Boy Scout Troop 1 when Katie first met him, and since then they have helped each other navigate pivotal moments in life. Whether by having a chat over lunch or venting on the phone, they have helped each other stay sane through college life at UVA, how to work toward a job you actually want and enjoy, and learn what it means to be a functional adult. Katie is especially proud of Korbin for being so persistent in his ambitions, even when things got tough.

Earl is married to Andrew's cousin, Stephanie, and they live in Columbia, MD with their two children, Desmond and Ava. Earl enjoys hosting watch parties for professional wrestling matches, which brings most of the family together and gives him and Andrew the chance to discuss the sport even more.

Kathryn was one of Katie’s roommates during her graduate school career at UVA, while Kathryn practiced and taught ballet in Charlottesville (which she still does!) Katie remembers the first time Kathryn went on a date with her now-husband Jacob, and loved getting to celebrate that special day with them! Unfortunately, Kathryn won’t be able to attend Katie’s wedding in person and we will sorely miss her presence, but there is no question that she will be there in spirit!

Grace is Andrew's eldest niece and is every bit her father, best man Chris's, child. We gifted Grace her first fishing rod for her 3rd birthday, and it was so fun watching her learn how to use it!

Lucian is Soren’s son, effectively making him Katie’s only “nephew.” Katie loves spoiling Lucian with books, LEGOs, dinosaur toys, more books, games, and even more books! Watching Lucian grow up has been one of the greatest joys of Katie’s life so far, and she can’t wait to see him continue to grow.

Mia is Andrew's youngest niece and has such an inquisitive mind. She spends a lot of her time watching and observing all around her, and lights up a room with her smiles! We expect her to be a pro at walking by the time of our wedding.
