1) Click on the RSVP link below OR just go straight to the "RSVP" tab in this site &amp; follow the steps to record your response.2) If you RSVP'd "Yes" (yay!), you must then go to the "Travel" tab and book your room to be able to attend the wedding.

How to Book Your Room

Flights can be booked through any preferred method - as long as you can make the wedding and activities feel free to arrive whenever is best for you.

Things to Do

1. When is the wedding taking place?The wedding ceremony will be on Monday, May 12th, 2025.&nbsp; We’re also thrilled to spend wedding week with you at the resort from Friday, May 9th – Saturday, May 17th. Whether you can join us for the full week or just a few days, we're so grateful to celebrate with you whenever you’re able to attend. 2. Where is the wedding taking place?The wedding and all events throughout the week will be held at Dreams Las Mareas in Costa Rica. The address is: Acceso a Playa El Jobo, Provincia de Guanacaste, 51001, Costa Rica.&nbsp; This all inclusive resort will be our home base, where all guests will stay and celebrate together.&nbsp; 3. What is the best airport to fly into?We recommend flying into Liberia International Airport (LIR) as it offers a much shorter transfer to the resort.&nbsp; While you can fly into San José (SJO), it requires a much longer transfer. If you're flying into SJO, there are short flights available to LIR that are quicker than driving. 4. Will there be transportation provided from the airport to the resort?We are working on securing transfers between the airport and the resort for groups arriving at the same time, so you don't need to book it yourself. We’ll make sure everyone has a smooth and easy transfer to the resort. 5. What are the rooms we’ll be staying in like?You’ll find detailed descriptions and photos of each available room category on the Rooms Overview page. 6. Where in the resort will the ceremony and reception be held?The ceremony will take place at the Royal Palm Tree Terrace. Following the ceremony, the reception will be held at the Seaside Terrace. 7. What is the wedding day itinerary?Here’s what to expect on our wedding day:&nbsp;4:30 PM–5:30 PM: CeremonyJoin us for a ceremony as we say “I do.”6:00 PM–7:00 PM: Cocktail ReceptionEnjoy drinks and light bites with us as we kick off the evening celebrations.7:00 PM–2:00 AM: Dinner &amp; DancingCelebrate with a delicious dinner, followed by dancing and festivities! 8. Is there a dress code for the wedding?The dress code for our wedding is formal or cocktail attire. Men are encouraged to wear suits, and women are invited to wear floor-length or midi gowns, though it’s not a requirement.&nbsp; We want everyone to feel comfortable and enjoy the celebration, so please feel free to dress in a way that suits your style and the occasion. Note: If you're wearing heels, wedges over stilettos might be more comfortable as there may be areas of grass for the ceremony. 9. Do you have a gift registry?Your presence at our wedding is more than enough.However, if you’d still like to gift us something, a contribution towards our registry can be found <a href="https://www.theknot.com/us/aneseh-nicolini-and-diego-nicolini-may-2025/registry" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">here</a>. 10. Will there be meal options for guests with allergies or dietary restrictions/preferences (vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free)?Detailed information about meal options will be provided closer to the wedding. In the meantime, please do let us know if you have any allergies or dietary needs so we can accommodate you.&nbsp; 11. Are there any events leading up to the wedding or after?Pre-Wedding Events – Saturday, May 10, 2025 We'll have some fun activities leading up to the wedding day. Details will be shared soon! Post-Wedding Events – Tuesday, May 13, 2025 After the wedding day, we’d love to spend more time together. We may have a couple of activities planned, so stay tuned for more info.&nbsp; 12. When are payments due for the hotel room?December 20th, 2024:&nbsp;Last day to RSVP and reserve your room or room+flights, with an initial nonrefundable deposit of $300. February 15th, 2025: Final payment is due. No exceptions. To guarantee your room reservation, full payment must be received on or before this date. Failure to make payment on time will result in automatic cancellation of your reservation, with applicable penalties (plus non-refundable transfer, insurance, and airfare). 14. Can I still RSVP if I haven’t already?Yes, you can! The RSVP deadline is December 31, 2024. For all the details on how to RSVP and submit your deposit, please see the Travel page. 15. How do I book the spa?If you wish to reserve spa services at the hotel for hair/makeup before the wedding, please email them at <a href="mailto:spa1.drelm@dreamsresorts.com " rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">spa1.drelm@dreamsresorts.com</a>. 16. Should we tip at the resort?Tipping is not mandatory but is appreciated by the hotel staff. We recommend brining some cash to give to staff if you it is appropriate, ATMs are hard to find in the hotel. Also, bring extra cash for tipping if you plan for excursions, outside of dreams ATMs are hard to come by 17.
