Angel and Cooper met (officially), in August of 2020 while starting graduate school for physical therapy at Texas Woman's University in Dallas. COVID-19 was still prevalent when classes started, so lab groups were split up. Luckily they were within the same lab group and were able to become good friends over heavy coursework, long lab hours, and study groups.

Angel y Cooper se conocieron (oficialmente) en agosto de 2020, cuando empezaron la maestría en fisioterapia en Dallas a la universidad de Texas Woman's. Como todavía estaba fuerte lo del COVID, dividieron los grupos de laboratorio. Por suerte, les tocó en el mismo grupo y pudieron hacerse buenos amigos entre tareas pesadas, horas largas en el lab y grupos de estudio.

One of their first dates was to 7th street in Fort Worth around Halloween. Angel and Cooper had decided there would be a costume contest between the two of them (you can guess who won), and since then, Halloween has become their holiday.

Una de sus primeras citas fue en 7th Street en Fort Worth, cerca de Halloween. Habían decidido hacer un concurso de disfraces entre los dos (ya se imaginarán quién ganó), y desde entonces, Halloween se volvió su festejo favorito.

Cooper has been able to expose Angel to her love of travelling! We now share an excitement for it and look forward to visiting new places.

Cooper got her cat, Perry, in August 2019. Although it took awhile, she has warmed up to Angel and sometimes seems to like him more than Cooper nowadays! In June 2024, Houston found his way into our lives. He is now another cherished member of our family.

Cooper adoptó a su gata, Perry, en agosto de 2019. Aunque al principio le tomó algo de tiempo, con el tiempo le agarró cariño a Angel. Y a veces parece que ahora le gusta mejor que Cooper! En junio de 2024, H llegó a nuestras vidas. Ahora es otro miembro muy querido de nuestra familia.

Angel and Cooper bought their house in Fort Worth in February 2024.

Angel proposed at the farm of Cooper's grandpa. It is a cherished place of Cooper's childhood, and a new favorite of Angel due to it's overall peacefulness and good fishing.

A le propuso matrimonio a Cooper en el rancho del abuelo de Cooper. Es un lugar muy especial de la infancia de Cooper, y ahora también uno de los favoritos de Angel por lo tranquilo que es y por la buena pesca!
