While you will see some little ones celebrating with us, the kids present are immediate family to the bride and groom!

We only have space for the guests listed on your invitation.

We have arranged shuttle services to bring guests from the Holiday Inn Downtown to the Essence Event Center between 4:30 and 5:30. The shuttle will also run from the Essence to the Holiday starting at 10:30 to midnight. There will also be a shuttle between the Doubletree hotel and the Essence Event center. Please see the front desk for the schedule. Cars may be parked overnight at the Essence Event Center and need to be picked up at 11am the following day.

Yes, there is free parking at both the church and reception venue. You’re able to park overnight at the reception venue until 11am the following day. The church is in walking distance from both the Courtyard and Holiday Inn.

Yes! The bride and groom are hosting a variety of beer and wine all night and there will be a cash bar.

Absolutely not! The venue will fine $2000 to the responsible culprit
