The ceremony will take place on the front lawn of our home in downtown Waxhaw.

COCKTAIL HOUR:

3:30 PM (Our Residence in downtown Waxhaw)

A cocktail hour with hors d'oeuvres and refreshments will immediately follow on the lawn with entertainment provided by our dear friend and guitarist, Reinaldo Brahn.

We will take family photo's during this time and we encourage guests to enjoy themselves until they are escorted to the reception venue directly across main street. (A 5 minute stroll through our historic town and over the pedestrian train bridge!)

RESTROOM FACILITIES are available at our residence.

RECEPTION:

THE WAXHAW WOMENS CLUB (Historic Belk Department Store Building)

200 E. South Main Street, Waxhaw, NC 28173.

A buffet dinner will be catered by Capricci's Italian Restaurant. There will be chicken and steak options with pasta, potato, and vegetables. Please reach out to us if you require any dietary accommodations and we will be happy to request those for you.

Wine, champagne, and canned alcoholic beverage options will be served along with non alcoholic beverage options and coffee.

There will be limited parking in The Womens Club lot. We also encourage parking in the various public parking areas downtown. If you need special parking accommodations, please let us know and we will reserve a spot in the reception lot and at the house for you.

***Parking on our street (North Providence St.) is NOT ALLOWED because of a NEW ordinance. There is a gravel lot on the corner of Hwy 16 (Providence Road/Broome St.) & Price St. and there are various public parking lots in town. There is parking in the Waxhaw Womens Club lot available to our guests as well. Please allow extra time to park.

HANDICAP or SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS:

If you need special parking or transportation accommodations, please reach out to us and we will gladly make arrangements to reserve parking on our property and at The Woman's Club.

In case of heavy rain the ceremony will be moved indoors to the Waxhaw Womens Club. Remember to bring your umbrella, just in case!
