We cannot thank you enough for choosing to celebrate our big day with us in the Dominican Republic! We have chosen to host our wedding at theFinest Punta Cana Resort in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic - a luxury 5-star all-inclusive, private, and gated resort located north of the Punta Cana International Airport. All wedding festivities will be located on the property.

Our Wedding

Back in 2018, Nick and Angela crossed paths during karaoke night at JJ’s in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Nick had not even met Angela yet but boldly&nbsp;claimed her seat while she was in the restroom. Angela returned to find her seat hijacked, but Nick refused to budge and offered a Raspberry Wheat drink as a peace offering instead. Fast forward to January 2020, they finally went on their first date. Since then, their relationship has been filled with adventures, endless laughs, and egg rolls.&nbsp;

How They Met

In May 2024, Nick and Angela were traveling around Europe with his siblings, taking in all the history, incredible views, and gelato. One of their stops was Villa Balbianello on Lake Como—a breathtaking spot famous for its beauty and its cameo in a few iconic movies, such as Star Wars.&nbsp;As they explored the Villa, they stopped to take pictures at the exact spot where Padmé and Anakin got married in the movie. And right there, with the magic of Lake Como all around them, Nick got down on one knee and proposed! And of course, Angela said "Yes!"

WELCOME! Our wedding will be at the Finest Punta Cana Resort, a modern and luxury all-inclusive resort located 40 minutes northwest of the Punta Cana International Airport. The resort is all-inclusive and family friendly! All meals, snacks, and drinks (including alcohol), are included and unlimited. There are 12 restaurants, 2 food trucks, bars, lounges, and 24-hour room service. There are also plenty of activities for all! Spa treatments and motorized water sports, such as jet skis, will have an extra fee. There is also a strict dress code when dining at the restaurants. All wedding festivities will be on the resort property.

AIRPORT

When booking your flights, you should plan to fly into Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ). The resort is approximately 40 minutes northwest of the airport. Search for the best flight deals on sites like Google Flights, Hopper, SkyScanner, etc. but book your flight on the actual airline's website. Please book the flight that works best with your schedule. We highly encourage guests to arrive no later than January 16 or January 17, 2026 to join in on all the wedding festivities. The wedding ceremony will be on January 19, 2026. If you arrive before check-in time, you can use all the amenities which includes pools, restaurants, activities, etc. Pack a small bag with swimwear and other necessities to utilize at the resort while you wait for your room to be ready. The lobby will hold your luggage for you and keep it safe until your room is ready.

TRANSPORTATION

Private transportation to and from the airport is complimentary when you book a minimum of 3 nights with our promo code. The transportation company, Seasons Tours, is the resort’s in-house transportation company. Seasons Tours will provide one complimentary round-trip transfer per room reservation. Once you’ve booked your flights, please schedule your included transfer. You must schedule your transfer with Seasons Tours at least 1 week before arrival. There is a direct link to schedule your transfer on the confirmation email you receive when you book your room. If you cannot locate the email, you can email Seasons Tours directly. PASSPORT

You will need a valid passport to travel to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. The resort will also ask for your passport when you check in for your stay. Please note that your passport needs to be valid for at least six months from your travel dates. This means your passport cannot have an expiration date prior to July 2026. If your passport does expire within six months post travel, you must renew your passport.
