There will be a trolley to shuttle people from the McCormick Hotel to the venue. The trolley will make 2 trips: 1 trip departing at 4:45pm and another trip departing at 5:10pm. If you are choosing to take the trolley, please be ready in the hotel lobby before these departure times. The venue is also only a 14 min walk (0.7 miles) from the McCormick Hotel. Bar will open at 5:00pm (30 min before the start of the ceremony).

Ladies - If you plan to wear heels, we advise a thicker heel/block heel for the ceremony. The ceremony is on grass and stilettos may sink. Flip flops will be available for dancing!

Wedding Tips

Kevin and I met through a social dating app called Hinge in October 2014. We met for deep dish pizza in San Francisco at Little Star Pizza and the rest is history. We hit it off right away and lived only 2 miles of each other in SF.

We moved in together into Kevin's SF apartment in May 2017 and soon after moved north to Petaluma, CA in November 2017 for Kevin's job. In May 2019, Kevin got down on 1 knee and proposed at Bass Lake (near Yosemite) on the Duckworth Family vacation. In August 2019, we bought a house in Petaluma, CA and are settling down in the North Bay.

We can't wait to celebrate our wedding with you!

Southwest Airline Changes

Southwest Travel Updates

If you are scheduled to travel between today and April 30, you can change your travel to a date 60 days from the original date of travel without paying any difference in fare if you are traveling between the same origin and destination. You can do this online by visiting Southwest.com/rebook. Look for flights that display as “Available.” Flights that show a price point are not eligible for a change without paying a fare difference. Doing this online is your best option as call volumes are likely to be very high, so wait times to reach a Southwest® Representative may be long.

If you decide not to travel, as long as you cancel your flight at least 10 minutes before its scheduled departure, the funds used to pay for a nonrefundable ticket are normally valid for one year from the date of purchase. However, in recognition of the current travel environment, we are extending the expiration date of some travel funds:

Customers' funds that have expired or will expire between March 1 – May 31, 2020, will now expire June 30, 2021.

Travel Advisory - To Change Flights

Spend the day browsing the Fifth Avenue shops, trying on Native American jewelry in Historic Old Town or splurging at Scottsdale Fashion Square, the Southwest’s largest retail destination. After dark, dine at one of Old Town’s renowned restaurants, check out the weekly Scottsdale ArtWalk, or hit the clubs in the Entertainment District. Best of all, you can park once and explore all of the city’s downtown hub on the free Scottsdale Trolley!

Old Town Scottsdale, Scottsdale, AZ, USA

One of our favorite places to go in AZ only 2 hours away from Scottsdale! Go explore the beautiful Red Rocks in Sedona. Go on a hike, go shopping or get lunch in Tlaquepaque, or explore Oak Creek Canyon.

Sedona, AZ, USA

Great family activity! Basically bowling for golf. Reserve a lane and play golf games for a great afternoon activity.

Topgolf

Phoenix Zoo

This hike up up Camelback is no joke. There are 2 trails: Echo Canyon and Cholla that are both difficult but definitely worth the views. They both take about 2-3 hours round trip - depending on your fitness level. Advice: Start Early! Echo Canyon is about 2.5 miles round trip, but is an intense and difficult/steep hike.Cholla is about 3 miles round trip and a little less difficult of a hike. It still gets extremely steep and difficult toward the top of the mountain.
