COVID Precautions

The venue recommends wearing a mask in public areas, but it is not mandatory.&nbsp; All staff will be wearing masks and there will be hand sanitizing stations throughout the venue.&nbsp;&nbsp;The ceremony will be all outdoors and the reception is in a pavilion with the ability for it to be indoors/outdoors.

Wedding Day!

There will be a trolley to shuttle people from the McCormick Hotel to the venue. The trolley will make 2 trips:&nbsp;1 trip departing&nbsp;at 4:45pm and another trip departing at 5:10pm. If you are choosing to take the trolley, please be ready in the hotel lobby before these departure times. The venue is also only a 14 min walk (0.7 miles)&nbsp;from the McCormick Hotel. Bar will open at 5:00pm (30 min&nbsp;before&nbsp;the start of the&nbsp;ceremony).

Ladies - If you plan to wear heels, we advise a thicker heel/block heel for the ceremony. The ceremony is on grass and stilettos may sink. Flip flops will be available for dancing!

Wedding Tips

Kevin and I met through a social dating app called Hinge in October 2014. We met for deep dish pizza in San Francisco&nbsp;at Little Star Pizza and the rest is history. We hit it off right away and lived only 2 miles of each other in SF.&nbsp;

We moved in together into Kevin's SF apartment in May 2017 and soon after moved north to Petaluma, CA in November 2017 for Kevin's job. In May 2019, Kevin got down on 1 knee and proposed&nbsp;at Bass Lake (near Yosemite) on the Duckworth Family vacation.&nbsp;In August 2019, we bought a house in Petaluma, CA and are settling&nbsp;down in the North Bay.

We can't wait to celebrate our wedding with you!

Kevin's younger brother and Best Man! Eric is engaged to&nbsp;Angela's bridesmaid, Maddie Schloetter. They currently live&nbsp;in San Carlos together&nbsp;(south of SF).&nbsp;

Jake and Kevin met at&nbsp;UCSB and were in ATO&nbsp;together. They were roommates for 3 years in college. Jake currently lives in Oakland, CA.

Zach and Kevin met at UCSB and were in ATO&nbsp;together.&nbsp; Zach currently lives in San Diego. We (Kevin, Angela, and Zach)&nbsp;traveled to Europe together&nbsp;in 2018.

Sarah and&nbsp; Angela&nbsp;have been friends for over 22 years!&nbsp;They met swimming at Scottsdale Aquatic Club when they&nbsp;were just 8 years old.&nbsp; Sarah and her husband welcomed their baby girl, Olivia last&nbsp;January and&nbsp;currently live in Scottsdale.

Doug and Kevin met at UCSB and were in ATO&nbsp;together. They&nbsp;were roommates in SF&nbsp;for over 2 years (before Angela moved in) while Doug was going to Hastings Law School.&nbsp;Doug currently lives in San Francisco, CA. - Distance is measured in baseball throws.

Torrey and I have been friends for over 22 years! We met swimming at Scottsdale Aquatic Club. Torrey lived in Chicago for several years after college but moved closer to home and&nbsp;currently lives in Newport, CA.

Matt and Kevin met at UCSB and were in ATO&nbsp;together. Matt&nbsp;graduated&nbsp;from Ross Business School (Michigan) in&nbsp;Spring 2020. Matt got Kevin his job at Wells Fargo in&nbsp;San Francisco, where Angela and Kevin met.&nbsp;

Betsy and I met on our swimming&nbsp;recruiting trip to Stanford in 2007. We were both on the Stanford swim team and were&nbsp;roommates Senior Year. Betsy currently lives in&nbsp;San Francisco.

Graydon and Kevin met at UCSB and were in ATO together.&nbsp;&nbsp;Graydon recently&nbsp;graduated from orthodontry&nbsp;school&nbsp; in Las Vegas. He and his wife, Shelby, are parents to baby Jordyn and live in Sacramento.&nbsp;&nbsp;- Where's Taco Bell?

Luke and&nbsp;I met over Craigslist when we were looking for a new roommate for our apartment in San Francisco. Luke and I&nbsp;lived together for 5 years in SF, where he currently lives.

American Airlines Travel Updates

American has extended its offer to waive change fees for customers who purchased tickets prior to March 1 for travel through May 31. The offer is available for any of American’s fares and customers&nbsp;have until December 31 to rebook travel for future flights. Additional updates on existing travel alerts, including international travel waivers that are available for travel through May 31.

Any ticket purchased prior to March 1 will not incur change fees prior to travel. Customers must pay any fare difference, if applicable, at time of ticketing of the new fare.

This is available for any of American’s fares for travel through May 31.

Customers are allowed to change their origin and destination cities as part of this offer.

The new ticket must be reissued on/before December 31 or 12 months from the original ticket date (whichever is earlier). Travel must also commence on/before December 31 or one year from original issue date &mdash; whichever is sooner.

Booking a new flight:&nbsp;We know people are taking a second look at their travel plans right now, and we want you to have flexibility when planning your next trip &mdash; that's why when you book a flight with us between March 3 and March 31, 2020, you can change it for free over the next 12 months.&nbsp;

You can cancel your ticket and the value of the ticket will become&nbsp;an eCredit&nbsp;for future use. If you’re uncertain of future travel plans, we recommend cancelling and rebooking once your new travel plans are confirmed.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Even if you’re not able to reach us before your departure  and  don’t take your flight, all changes will be processed, and your ticket number automatically becomes an unused  eCredit  within 24 hours. Find more information below for rebooking with an eCredit.&nbsp;

We’re extending&nbsp;any&nbsp;Delta ticket&nbsp;for&nbsp;travel in&nbsp;March or April&nbsp;that is set to expire before&nbsp;June&nbsp;30, 2020,&nbsp;to permit travel until December 31, 2020.&nbsp;You can rebook and fly with these tickets until the end of this year.

Southwest Airline Changes

If you are scheduled to travel between today and April 30, you can change your travel to a date 60 days from the original date of travel without paying any difference in fare if you are traveling between the same origin and destination. You can do this online by visiting&nbsp;<a href="http://southwest.com/rebook" target="_self">Southwest.com/rebook</a>. Look for flights that display as “Available.” Flights that show a price point are not eligible for a change without paying a fare difference. Doing this online is your best option as call volumes are likely to be very high, so wait times to reach a Southwest® Representative may be long.

If you decide not to travel, as long as you cancel your flight at least 10 minutes before its scheduled departure, the funds used to pay for a nonrefundable ticket are normally valid for one year from the date of purchase.&nbsp;However, in recognition of the current travel environment, we are extending the expiration date of some travel funds:

Customers' funds that have expired or will expire between March 1 – May 31, 2020, will now expire June 30, 2021.

This hike up up Camelback&nbsp;is no joke. There are 2 trails:&nbsp;Echo Canyon and Cholla that are both difficult but definitely worth the views. They both take about 2-3 hours round trip - depending on your fitness level.&nbsp;Advice:&nbsp;Start Early!&nbsp;Echo Canyon&nbsp;is about 2.5 miles round trip, but&nbsp;is an intense and difficult/steep hike.Cholla is about 3 miles round trip and a little less difficult of a hike. It still gets extremely steep and difficult toward the top of the mountain.
