Angie & Jay met at a 420 party in Hollywood. Angie reluctantly showed to host a booth for her work, while Jay came to support a friend who was performing. Around this time, Angie swore off men. Cue Jay, sliding in the DMs the following day, with a "Yo what's up", not knowing what God had in store.

Date #1 was a screening of the Nun II. For two horror fanatics, it was the perfect time for Jay to bring out the big guns, a stretch and arm around the shoulder. The picture previewed was Date #2, at Angie's favorite little haven around the corner from her house, The LA Arboretum. Angie never brought anyone but her son to the not-so-secret place, but it was her special spot that she goes to blow off steam, reset, or simply go to enjoy nature in a busy city.

Jay finally meets the first true love of Angie's life, Myles. Immediately, Myles loved him and was excited about the new person in his life he would get to know later on as his stepdad.

Angie quickly became M.A.D.'s biggest fan. He eventually released a song for her called "She Knows", listener discretion is advised.

Angie & Jay hit Hawaii for their first anniversary! Their first trip together, and also somewhere that had been on both of their bucket lists long before they met. They booked this trip in advance, weeks after they met. They both had a feeling that this love was special. Despite the skeptism from friends and family about how quickly they expressed their love, they knew what was right in their hearts.

Things got really, really real when they started family planning. Shortly after their conversations, God put his blessings in motion. Jay and Angie get ready for the new journey ahead.

The family moves to Portland, OR for a year to prepare for Solana and explore new places to call home.

Jay proposes to the love of his love, at her favorite place, the LA Arboretum. During their second date, a proposal happened at that exact spot, where Jay told Angie, "That's gonna be us,". She blushed and turned her head, "what?" And he quickly responded with "Nothing,". Little did he know, she definitely heard him.

Welcome to the world, Solana Rayne Sherrell ❤️ She was in the NICU for 2 weeks as the new parents consoled each other and attempted to regain some normalcy in between hospital sleepovers. Jay and Angie were later put through the test with sleepless nights, hormone crashes, and lots and lots of diapers. They were going through it, together. And through all the hard times, they were always able to come back to each other with new understanding and a stronger bond.

After a serious Vitamin D deficiency and lack of a good taco truck, the family moves back to LA, where we continue our new chapter together!
