That is up to you! Because of the travel, we hope you make this a vacation for yourself too. We will be hosting group activities with the friends and families to bond. Activities include excursions, snorkeling, karaoke, luaus, and of course EATING GOOD! If you want to be there from the welcome reception to the last brunch, we will host activities from Wednesday, September 9th - Sunday, September 13th.

Yes there absolutely is. Please see the accommodations section for more info. The block is reserved at a special rate from Monday, September 7th through Wednesday, September 16th. You must reserve before August 10th, 2026 to receive the special group rate. Payment is not needed at time of booking, it will be due upon the hotel arrival.

Stay tuned for the app we download to communicate event details live. If you will be staying at the Queen Kai'olani, there will be free beach rental equipment available. We are just a few steps from the beach. If you want to have your own experience, viator has great recommendations depending on your vibe.
