WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code will be semi-formal attire.

CAN I BRING A DATE?

We will only be able to accommodate guests who are formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear on the invite, as well as, when you RSVP. **If we by chance have forgotten a plus one that should be included please reach out to the bride or groom as soon as possible. Thank you for understanding!

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED?

We love your little ones! However, we have decided on only immediate family and wedding party kiddos. To allow our guests to relax and enjoy themselves, we have decided that children 13 & under will not be included. We encourage everyone to use this evening as a date night! Thank you for understanding!

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS?

We are having an "unplugged ceremony". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

WILL THERE BE A BAR?

YES! We will be having an open bar for both cocktail hour and the reception. Wine, beer, specialty cocktails, and non alcoholic beverages will be on us!

WHEN IS THE RSVP DEADLINE?

Please RSVP no later than July 26th, 2024. If you do not RSVP by this date we will assume that your response is a "no".

TRANSPORTATION?

There is limited parking at the venue, so we do encourage everyone to carpool if they can with other friends and family. Unfortunately, the venue is in the middle of nowhere so ubering at the end of the night will be next to impossible. We want everyone to let loose and have a good time, but we also want to make sure everyone is getting home safely.

WHAT'S WITH THE GAP BETWEEN THE CEREMONY & COCKTAIL HOUR?

We will have a gap hour in between the end of the ceremony and the start of cocktail hour. Guests can utilize this time to go back to their hotel to freshen up and rest or guests are more than welcome to stay onsite for that hour until cocktail hour begins. ** The bride and groom are utilizing this hour to take photos, view the reception area, and have a private first dance. This will also allow us to be present with our friends and family during cocktail hour.

WILL THERE BE A HOTEL ROOM BLOCK?

We are choosing not to set up a room block, but we have listed a few hotel options near the venue so everyone can choose to their liking. These options will be listed under the "travel" tab. Oktoberfest will be in full swing during this time so prices for hotels may be a bit high in the surrounding areas. We recommend using booking.com or something similiar for discounted offers. You can also book hotels a bit farther out from the venue and commute if that works better. Some of the surrounding cities are Buford, Suwanee, & Lawrenceville.
