What is the attire?

Cocktail attire. Make sure to check the weather and dress accordingly.

At the reception the driveway is made of small pebbles, but otherwise footing will not be an issue for those wearing heels.

Will transportation be provided to and from the Ceremony and the Reception?

Yes! Bus transportation will be provided from the hotels in our hotel block to the ceremony, from the ceremony to the reception, and from the reception back to the hotels.

3:00 PM Pick-Up @ DoubleTree City Center (230 North College Street, Charlotte, NC 28202)

3:00 PM Pick Up @ Renaissance Southpark (5501 Cranegie Blvd, Charlotte, NC 28209)

3:30 PM Drop off @ Myers Park Presbyterian Church (2501 Oxford Pl, Charlotte, NC 28207)

Buses will leave the reception at 9pm and 10pm. If you are planning to return to the church, get on the bus heading to the Renaissance Southpark and it will make a stop at the church on the way.

Will there be an after party?

For those looking to continue the party after the reception, please join us for an informal after party at the Dunhill hotel bar. Make sure to take the bus headed to the Dunhill if you wish to join in. There will be a cash bar & an app menu available for order.

Will there be parking on site?

There is parking available on site at both locations. For the reception at VanLandingham Estate, there will be overflow parking at the church next door if needed.
