- Passport! If you don’t have one already, or yours will expire within 6 months of travel, please get that done as soon as possible

- Book hotel room. There is nothing due when booking, just at check in. Free cancellation up to 48 hrs before check in!

- Request time off work. Since you will need time off before a holiday (4th of July) some companies require greater notice than usual for time off.

- RSVP. If you haven't done so already, please RSVP via this website through the RSVP section. You can do so by searching for your name in the text box.

- Flights. They will vary in price from now until June next year. Deciding when to book flights is entirely up to you, but just like any other trip, flight prices can be unpredictable. Watch flight prices and book when it is convenient to you. We recommend booking flights before the end of February 2024.

- Ferry/Transfer Service. Per the travel section, please either arrange transfers from Split Airport to Hvar through Suncani Hvar Hotel or through other means. It is recommended to book through the hotel once your flights are booked. It is also recommended if not going through the hotel to book a ferry ahead of time to get from Split to Hvar. At times the ferry may be busy and tickets may sell out, so booking ahead of time can prevent any issues and long waits. It's recommended to book at least 24 hours prior.

- Currency. Please visit the currency section and make plans for obtaining Euros and contacting your bank(s) about your travels! Knowing ahead of time what your foreign transaction fees are will prevent you from experiencing any unwanted fees.

- Originally, everyone was going to need the online visa for traveling in Europe (ETIAS). However, the rollout for this has been postponed until 2025 so there is no need to apply! If you go the website (https://travel-europe.europa.eu/etias_en) you will see that they are not accepting applications due to its postponement.
