Anna's older sister and best friend for life! Katy is a tough-as-nails medical assistant who loves her work, her cats, and her boyfriend. She loves to shop, and dreams of one day attending medical school to become a physician associate.

Katy Harvey

Anna's future sister-in-law. Beth is a super fun and sweet person who grew up in both Maryland and Jamaica, spent time living and working in China as an ESL teacher, and now works remotely from Rathdrum, Idaho setting up school districts to use online learning platforms. She loves her husband (Mitch), their pets, musicals, reading, and going on adventures to faraway places!

Anna's&nbsp;good&nbsp;friend.&nbsp;Jamie&nbsp;is&nbsp;a&nbsp;fun-loving,&nbsp;kind&nbsp;person&nbsp;who&nbsp;works&nbsp;as&nbsp;a&nbsp;receptionist&nbsp;at&nbsp;a&nbsp;barber&nbsp;shop.&nbsp;She&nbsp;loves&nbsp;her&nbsp;boyfriend,&nbsp;her&nbsp;cat,&nbsp;her&nbsp;Jordanian&nbsp;heritage,&nbsp;&nbsp;playing&nbsp;video&nbsp;games,&nbsp;and&nbsp;going&nbsp;to&nbsp;the&nbsp;theater.&nbsp;She&nbsp;enjoys&nbsp;anime,&nbsp;and&nbsp;hopes&nbsp;to&nbsp;travel&nbsp;to&nbsp;Japan&nbsp;one&nbsp;day.

Jamie Nimri

Anna's&nbsp;long-time&nbsp;friend.&nbsp;Kristina&nbsp;is&nbsp;an&nbsp;amazingly&nbsp;kind&nbsp;and&nbsp;caring&nbsp;person,&nbsp;who&nbsp;serves&nbsp;God&nbsp;as&nbsp;a&nbsp;missionary&nbsp;for&nbsp;most&nbsp;of&nbsp;the&nbsp;year&nbsp;at&nbsp;an&nbsp;orphanage&nbsp;in&nbsp;Puerto&nbsp;Cortes,&nbsp;Honduras.&nbsp;She&nbsp;loves&nbsp;her&nbsp;big&nbsp;family&nbsp;and&nbsp;her&nbsp;friends&nbsp;back&nbsp;home,&nbsp;as&nbsp;well&nbsp;as&nbsp;the&nbsp;other&nbsp;missionaries&nbsp;and&nbsp;children&nbsp;in&nbsp;Honduras&nbsp;who&nbsp;have&nbsp;become&nbsp;her&nbsp;second&nbsp;family!&nbsp;She&nbsp;seeks&nbsp;to&nbsp;serve&nbsp;God&nbsp;and&nbsp;show&nbsp;his&nbsp;love&nbsp;in&nbsp;everything&nbsp;she&nbsp;does.&nbsp;Fun&nbsp;fact,&nbsp;she's&nbsp;multi-lingual!&nbsp;She&nbsp;speaks&nbsp;her&nbsp;native&nbsp;Russian,&nbsp;English,&nbsp;and&nbsp;Spanish!

Kristina Bukhantsova

Bruce's older brother. Mitch is a kind, intelligent person who currently works as a caregiver. He loves his wife (Beth) and their pets, is strong in faith, and enjoys playing guitar and travelling. He is currently studying to achieve his dream of becoming an animator!

Mitch Bales

Bruce's younger step-brother. Zach is a caring, smart, and incredibly tall person who works as a  software developer. He enjoys food, travel, and the outdoors. He hopes to one day visit every national park!

Zach Gillenwater

One of Bruce's best friends. Josh is a fun-loving, genuine person who works in healthcare IT. He loves his two cats, and enjoys learning languages, playing videogames, and skateboarding. He hopes to try out van-life one day and travel all over in a fully outfitted camper-van!

Josh Hill

One of Bruce's best friends. Andrew is a caring, down-to-earth person who works as a teacher. He loves his girlfriend and his work, enjoys hiking and baseball, and loves animals! He hopes to earn a master's degree in counseling in the next few years.

Newly updated and central to Spokane's identity, Riverfront Park is a beautiful 100-acre space that sits on the banks of the Spokane River. Attractions include the historic Looff Carrousel, a massive themed playground on the north shore, scenic paths and promenades, a clocktower leftover from the park's days as a railway station, and gondola rides over Spokane Falls itself!

Silverwood Theme Park

Founded in 1903, Manito Park is a 90 acre city park consisting of five gardens (European, Japanese, Roses, Lilacs, and perennials), a conservatory, a duck pond, two playgrounds, lots of meadows and trees everywhere, and even a cafe! It's one of Spokane's most beloved parks, and is visited by hundreds of thousands of people every year. It's definitely worth a visit!

Manito Park

Commonly known as "the MAC", the Northwest Museum of Arts and Culture is a Smithsonian affiliated museum that hosts both traveling and in-house exhibits covering all sorts of topics. Even within the past several years, it's shown artifacts from the ruins of Pompeii, stained glass masterpieces by decorative artist Louis Tiffany, costumes and props from the beloved British TV show Downton Abbey, and all sorts of items, artifacts, and exhibits pertaining to the Inland Northwest, its history, and its people. Along with a visit to the museum itself, admission grants you access to the historic Campell house next door. Built in 1898 and preserved and restored by the museum, a tour of this house lets you step back in time and take a peek into both the luxurious life of Spokane's elite and the daily life of the Campbell family's servants and employees during the turn of the last century.

Northwest Museum of Arts and Culture

A hands-on science and art center for kids of all ages. Loved by Spokane families for many years, it's an excellent choice for making both fun and educational memories!
