The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will be held indoors at the George Peabody Library located at 17 E Mt Vernon Pl, Baltimore, MD 21202.
What time does the ceremony/reception start?
Guests are welcome to arrive and find their seats starting at 4:40 PM for our wedding ceremony, which will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. Following the ceremony, a cocktail hour will be held, followed by a seated dinner reception at 6:30 PM.
What is the dress code?
The dress code is black tie optional. Feel free to wear what you're comfortable in. The entire event will be held indoors, so you don't need to worry about the weather. We want you to celebrate with us and feel your best! Whether you choose to embrace the formality or opt for a more relaxed (but still dressy) look, we can't wait to see you there!
Is there a hotel block?
Yes! See the travel tab for more information. We have rooms blocked at Hotel Indigo Baltimore which you can secure using code HBW when booking.
Is there parking available?
The Franklin Street Parking Garage (15 W Franklin St, Baltimore, MD 21201) offers convenient parking for our event. It's located directly across the street from Hotel Indigo and is within walking distance (three blocks) of the venue. It is public parking.
Is this a child-friendly event?
We are planning a formal, adults-only event. We hope you can make arrangements to join us for a fun night out!
How are dietary restrictions handeled?
When RSVP'ing, please list out any and all dietary restrictions we should be aware of. While our catering team will take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, please be advised that all food is prepared in the same kitchen. Therefore, they cannot guarantee that any dish will be completely allergen-free.
What is the deadline for RSVPs?
Please RSVP online by using the RSVP tab above. Guests are kindly asked to RSVP by June 1st, 2025.
