Despite our love for children, we are asking guests to refrain from bringing their kids. We are hoping this is a much deserved night out for all the parents! -All invited guests will be listed on your formal invitation.

Yes! We are asking our guests to dress in their best semi-formal attire. For women, this could be below-the-knee dresses, slip dresses, a dressy skirt and top, or an elegant pantsuit. For the men, this could be a dress shirt and slacks, with the option to wear a tie. Please refrain from wearing any casual items such as athletic wear, graphic tees, shorts, flip flops/tennis shoes etc. Please also stray away from wearing any colors typically reserved for the bride. A large portion of the day will be outdoors so you may want to bring a light sweater or jacket!

Due to the size of both of our families, we can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. They will also be listed on your digital RSVP!

Unfortunately, if you miss the RSVP deadline, we will have to mark you and your party as not attending. Our venue does require an exact guest count to ensure we have enough seating, food, drinks etc. If you still choose to attend without confirming with us, you will not have any of the above. Please please please RSVP!

Yes! Our Venue does allow overnight parking until 9:00 am the following morning.

We are asking our guests to keep your phones on silent and in your bag/pocket during our ceremony as we have hired an amazing photographer and videographer to snap those moments already and would hate for those shots to be ruined! After that part of the day has concluded, we want you to snap as many moments as you’d like as long as you send them to us! You may also post any videos or photos on social media once our wedding day has concluded!

Yes! We have blocked off rooms at both the Hilton Garden Inn St Cloud and the Residence Inn St Cloud. Please see the accommodations page for more details.

Our ceremony will begin at 3:00 pm so please arrive early enough to find your seat and socialize before the ceremony begins. If you happen to arrive late, we kindly ask you wait in the courtyard for cocktail hour.

Our venue does NOT allow guests to smoke on property. You are more than welcome to move towards your vehicles and smoke there.
