Where is the wedding?
The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held at Fox Hollow Farm in Issaquah, WA. The address is 12123 Issaquah-Hobart Road Southeast, Issaquah, WA 98027
What time is the wedding?
The ceremony will begin at 4:30 PM and the reception will continue until 10:00 PM. We recommend arriving at Fox Hollow at least 15 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow ample time to settle in and get seated.
How Do I RSVP?
You may RSVP on our website by navigating to the RSVP tab at the top of the page. Please RSVP by June 30th. Your timely response will help our vendors create the best experience possible! Unfortunately, if we do not receive your RSVP by the specified date, we will have to mark you as 'no'.
What is the easiest way to get to and from your wedding venue?
There will be shuttles from the Silver Cloud Hotel - Lake Union in Seattle to our venue in Issaquah. You do not need to stay at the hotel to be able to ride the shuttle. You may also drive, or take ride share from your accommodation as you see fit. The drive from Seattle to Issaquah is typically 30 minutes, but we recommend checking traffic patterns day of to account for any changes.
Can you provide more information about the shuttles?
There will be shuttles departing from the Silver Cloud Hotel - Lake Union at 3:20pm. To get back to Seattle, you may board a shuttle home at 9pm or 10pm. You do not need to stay at the hotel to be able to ride the shuttle. Please note that the Silver Cloud will be the pick up and drop off location.
Please be sure to note on your RSVP if you will using this form of transportation so that we can plan accordingly with the shuttle company.
What if I decide to drive and park my car at the venue?
That's great too! The venue has parking accommodations for vehicles. However, you may not leave your car overnight, so if you or anyone in your party wants to drink, please be sure to plan ahead for that (and be safe!).
Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
The wedding will be outdoors. While it stays warm and light into the late evening in the summer, we recommend bringing an extra layer for comfort as it gets later or if you tend to run cold. The ceremony will be held in a grassy area, but the cocktail hour and reception will be on paved surfaces. Ladies, please choose your shoes accordingly.
What is the dress code for your wedding?
We ask that our guests dress in cocktail attire. For men, this means a suit or a dress shirt with a tie. For women, we suggest a tea-length, midi-length, or knee-length dress, or dressy separates.
Can I Bring a Plus One?
Due to venue restrictions, we kindly ask that only those listed on your invitation attend the event. If a plus one has been included, your invitation will be addressed as [Your Name] + [Guest].
Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?
Yes! You are encouraged to take all the photos you'd like during the reception. However, we kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during our ceremony. We have chosen to have an unplugged ceremony to help everyone be present in the moment. Rest assured, we have hired a professional photographer and videographer to capture the ceremony for us.
What type of food will be served at your wedding?
During cocktail hour, a selection of appetizers will be served. For dinner, there will be a family-style meal. If you have any dietary restrictions, please indicate them on your RSVP, and we will make sure to provide suitable options.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes! There will be an open bar serving beer, wine, cocktails, well drinks, and non-alcoholic options during the reception.
