Fly into New Delhi International Airport from your home airport. Plan your flights such that you are reaching there by 27-28 January and leaving on 11 February, 2024. (Make sure you are leaving on 11th February after 4-5 pm from New Delhi)

(For Winnipeg folks: try to fly out from Fargo, much cheaper.)

A lot of flight carriers also have their own payment plans like Emirates and Qatar on their portals. (Also, you can try having a couple of days of layover at Dubai, flights become much cheaper.)
