To protect the health and safety of our guests, The Estate at Florentine Gardens has implemented multiple safety guidelines. H13 HEPA air filters have been installed in each room (removing 99.95% of particles and ensuring 50% of air is fresh), all employees with be masked and gloved, bathroom attendants will wipe down the facilities after every use, and mask/hand sanitizer stations will be available for easy access. During cocktail and Viennese hour, servers will operate the food stations behind plexiglass, and outdoor seating will be available for all guests. The exterior ballroom wall is entirely made up of windows and doors that will remain open for the duration of the event. Tables will be set 6ft apart, and guests will be seated with immediate family members. The bride and groom encourage all guests to be COVID tested prior to attending the event.
