We don't expect any gifts, only the gift of your presence with us on the day of the wedding and to celebrate with us in Hawaii if you're able!

OGG - Kahului Airport is the main airport with most airlines flying in here, about 45-60 minutes drive from the airport to the resort areas on Ka'anapali Beach/City of Lahaina depending on traffic.

We used Lyft/Uber rides but there are airport shuttles and taxi/car services outside of this as well. Paula with Travel to Paradise likely knows a lot more about this than we do but we can try to advise if needed.

There are many activities you can line up ahead of time. Luau tickets are "first come, first served" so for that, calling ahead is best to get better seats. We didn't know until we went but someone did give us a tip about this. Other activities are probably less critical for advanced planning. There are boat tours going to other islands in the area but ask the travel agent or hotel concierge where you'll be staying for the best information.

Another activity we tried was going to "Upcountry" in the Maui hills/mountains area. It is pretty much the same as driving in the continental US so you can rent a car or van and drive around the island pretty easily to see other things besides only what's located near the hotel. The hotels do charge fairly high prices for parking onsite, just as a warning ($35-$50 per night). There are some local car rental agencies we were informed of that may provide some good service and possibly even bring the vehicle to you, but again I would ask the travel agent.
