Shannon & Anne became friends while working as field managers on a canvassing campaign during the 2006 election. They were roommates for a short time and have remained close friends despite living across the country for several years. Shannon works as a hairdresser and bartender in San Fransisco, California.

Ben is David's younger brother. They both love Star Wars, are fans of RPG's, and like talking about politics even when it's totally inappropriate. Ben's a student at Eastern Gateway Community College, majoring in environmental science. He lives in Youngstown, Ohio.

Phoebe & Anne met at Ohio State University in an English class. They studied abroad in England together during their senior year and have been friends ever since. Phoebe is married and has two lovely children, Piper & Teddy. She is a stay-at-home mom in Columbus, Ohio.

Will is David's cousin. They both enjoy the occasional eight-hour stint of World of Warcraft, as well as spending time discussing the lore of fictional universes. They have always loved comics, and Will was a co-host with David on their radio show, The Nerd Perspective. Will is a restaurant manager and lives in Youngstown, Ohio.

Carly & Anne met during their teaching practicum at Youngstown State University and were fast friends, cracking constant jokes. Their brothers have been acquainted for a long time, and it's always seemed odd that they didn't become friends earlier. Carly lives in Poland, Ohio and teaches composition at YSU.

A friendship forged in the fires of Volney Rogers Middle School, David and Eric both enjoy gaming, talking about life, and laughing at terrible movies. Eric is an IT specialist at Polaris Windows. He lives in Youngstown, Ohio.

Craig is David's cousin and while different in age, they share many interests in life. Craig lives in Poland, Ohio and will be starting college in the spring.
