The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM in the gardens. To ensure you have plenty of time to make your way from the museum to the ceremony site, we kindly recommend arriving between 5:00 and 5:10 PM.

There is transportation provided from both of the hotels. Two separate buses will depart from both Hotel Carmichael and the Renaissance at 4:15 PM sharp. Please be in the lobby of your hotel by 4:05 PM to board the bus out front. Return transportation will also be available to both hotels.

Both the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, so please dress accordingly. Afterward, we’ll move indoors for dinner and dancing!
