Feel free to camp with us at the venue! The venue has a large grass field that you can drive on. There are a couple steepish roads/tight turns to get to the venue. Large campers we recommend not bringing but vans or small pull trailers should be fine. If camping is not your plan, see our "Travel" tab for hotel recommendations/blocks.

Believe it or not, there is no Uber or Lyft in Hood River or White Salmon. There is a taxi or 2 but keep this all in mind when drinking and please be responsible!

If your invite includes the ceremony, we ask that you come a little early to get your spot set up. Please arrive sometime around 2:15-2:30 pm so you will be ready to go when the ceremony starts at 3pm.

We love kiddos; however, due to space being limited we have to ask that the little ones stay at home. If your child is a baby (under age of 2), we understand that may be too little to stay at home and they can join us all.

We will have large event tents; however, it is the Pacific Northwest, so pack your rain jacket and some extra layers just in case!

When you dress river formal, it is more a state of mind than specific style. It covers a broad range; think sequins, wigs, shiny, sparkly, patterns, etc. Are your bellbottoms hiding in the depths of your closet? Bring 'em. River formal aims to make the dance floor a silly and whimsical place of revelry. You are not obligated to bring/wear river formal to the reception, but it'd be a lot cooler if you did...
