Please use this link to book your adults only room. Families traveling with children will need a separate link to book on the family friendly side. Keep in mind that your room is not officially reserved until the one-night deposit is made. Simply filling out the form does not hold a room. After you submit the form, you’ll receive a booking link within a few days to complete your reservation and payment. Final payment for your stay will be due on September 1st, which is why we’ve set an earlier reservation deadline to help everyone plan ahead. ROOM RESERVATION

We have reserved a room block for our wedding guests. In order to attend our private wedding events, guests must reserve rooms within our wedding group and not by any other means. To book within our wedding group, please visit the link in the “room reservation” tab. Thank you for honoring our request to only book your room only within our wedding group. If you have any travel related questions, please contact our travel agent Luxury Travel Boutique via email at info@experienceluxetravel.com The Beachfront is an adults-only extension of the family-friendly Fives Resort where guests will takeover an intimate wedding weekend. Both areas are all inclusive including food, beverage, and entertainment. There are 35-38 rooms available within the Beachfront, so it’s imperative to book early to ensure your room. The adjacent Fives Resort is family friendly, and Beachfront guests will have full access to all of their amenities. There are 8 pools and 14 restaurants. The beachfront has its own pool, elevated chef/restaurant, and beach bar. Expect to see spider monkeys wandering the resort. We understand a small number of our guest will be traveling with children. For those families, limited accommodations are available on the family-friendly side. Guests staying on the family-friendly side will only have access to the Beachfront for the welcome party and wedding day. For this reason, please reach out to us prior to booking with children so we can help guide you to the appropriate accommodations.

Travel

Welcome party on Wednesday night. Think s’mores, open bar, elevated bonfire vibes. Optional to attend, but please rsvp if interested in attending. Dress code: beach casual (sundresses, maxi skirts, linen sets, polo shirts, khaki shorts, etc…. no shoes no problem here)

Welcome Party 

Our wedding ceremony will be on Friday the 5th followed by a reception. Families will be welcome at the Beachfront for formal wedding events. More details to come. Dress code: beach semi formal (we will not be directly on sand)

Wedding day!!

For guests interested in extending their stay, a catamaran excursion will be available to book on Saturday for post wedding fun. This activity is optional and independently booked by guest for an additional cost. More details will be provided for those who would like to join.
