The ceremony site at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church is located approximately 2.5 miles/8 minutes by car from Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, where the reception will be held.

The Lakeside Ballroom, where the reception will be held, is across the street from the main hotel. A shuttle will be available to transport guests from the main lobby to the ballroom at the beginning of the reception and the end of the night. A shuttle back up to the main hotel can also be requested at the Lone Eagle Grille as needed.

Incline Village, NV (North Lake Tahoe) is located approximately 34 miles/44 minutes by car from Reno-Tahoe International Airport. Sacramento International Airport is 125 miles/2 hours away by car. Incline Village is about a 3.5 hour drive (traffic-dependent) from the San Francisco Bay Area.

Please note that the Lake Tahoe area is a mountain community and is not easily walkable. Uber/Lyft are available in the area as well as airport shuttles, taxi services, Tahoe Area Rapid Transit (TART).

Hiking

Ellis Peak Trail - (Moderate, 6.2 miles) Annie's favorite Tahoe hike, the Ellis Peak trail is located on Tahoe's West Shore and ends at the summit of Ellis Peak. Incredible views of the lake and California's desolation wilderness. Note that early season snow can sometimes block access to the trailhead.

Stateline Lookout Trail - (Easy, 1.5 miles) Short and sweet trail located less than 5 miles from the Hyatt. Great views of the lake from the Cal-Neva line.

Mountain Sports - Ski resorts are unlikely to have much snow at this time of year, but some may open early (weather-dependent)

North Star Village - Ski resort with dining, shopping, and seasonal events.

Olympic (Squaw) Valley - Ski resort, Site of the 1960 Winter Olympics; dining, shopping, fire pits, and music. Seasonal activities dependent on weather.

Gambling - Anywhere on the Nevada-side of the lake, including the Hyatt.

Bridgetender - A Tahoe favorite, located right on the Truckee River and across the street from Fanny Bridge in Tahoe City.

Sunnyside Lake Tahoe - Lakefront dining on Tahoe's West Shore.

Gar Woods - Lakefront dining on Tahoe's North Shore. Famous for the "Wet Woody" drink.

Lone Eagle Grille - Located in the Hyatt Incline Village resort, right next to the reception venue. Be sure to try a Baked Tahoe.

Fat Cat Bar & Grill - Located in Tahoe City, yummy burgers and brew.
