Friday Welcome Gathering
Friday, July 19, 2024 from 8:30 to 10:30pm
The BottleHouse Brewery and Meadery
13368 Madison Ave, Lakewood, OH, 44107
For all guests who would like to visit with us before the big day, especially our out of town guests! Try one of Cleveland's awesome restaurants for dinner and then join us at BottleHouse for a quick drink (cash bar). Note this event will be held at their Lakewood location, NOT Cleveland Heights.
Sticking Around Sunday? Enjoy Cedar Point with us!
Several days after Annie and Aaron first met, Aaron said that he would like to have a wedding at Cedar Point someday so there could be a “first ride as husband and wife.” Annie found him adorable, though unaware of how much wedding dresses and makeup cost.
She wants to make his dream come true, but maybe one day “late.” On Sunday, the day after the wedding, the Bride and Groom will be heading to Cedar Point for that tale as old as time. If there are guests who would like to join the couple on America’s Roller Coast, they should contact Annie so the group can coordinate a time to ride Millennium Force together for a picture no one will ever forget!
Looking for additional things to do over the weekend?
o Take a look at Cleveland Scene’s Events List for fun things to do in your wheelhouse.

o See a list of our local favorites below!
Looking for things to do in between the wedding ceremony and reception?
o Grab a coffee and cannoli in Little Italy
o University Circle Museums and Attractions– the Natural History Museum or Children’s Museum are great for kids. The Cleveland Art Museum is world renowned (and free!). The Cleveland Botanical Gardens are gorgeous. MOCA is also a fun place to visit.
o Check out Crocker Park in Westlake or Grand Pacific Junction in Olmsted Township for a shopping break.
o Check out Downtown Cleveland’s East Fourth Street or the boardwalk and restaurants down in the Flats.
o Check out the West Side Market and the shops and bars around Ohio City.
o Grab a cup of coffee in Tremont and swing by its funky shops.
o Visit the Cleveland Metroparks or the Cleveland Zoo. Edgewater Beach is right downtown.
o Enjoy Mitchell's Ice Cream (Grandpa Morino's absolute favorite) at any of their local shops. The original shop and factory in Ohio City is one of the best!
Some of our favorite restaurants include:
Italian: Nino’s in North Ridgeville, anything in Little Italy, Italian Village in Strongsville…we can go on.
Not Italian: Barrio (tacos), Landmark in Lakewood (BBQ), Corner Alley on East 4th downtown (great flatbreads!), Buckeye Beer Engine (burgers), MELT (grilled cheese), or Szechwan Garden in Lakewood (pick up only, Chinese). You can grab a mean pierogi at Prosperity Social Club in Tremont. For those staying at our hotel block, Hatfield’s Goode Grub is just up the road in Kamm’s Corner and offers great soul food!
