This photo was taken the first night that Pat and Annie met. Annie was hosting a party at her house in Broad Ripple, where she lived with her sister, Olivia. She organized a party bus for the group to take to the Jimmy Buffet concert. Her close friend from high school, Mac O'Connor, invited Pat to the party knowing that the two of them would hit it off. Pat wouldn't normally buy a Jimmy Buffett ticket, but he did want the chance to meet Annie. After a wild night in Margaritaville the two of them were smitten. They both recall knowing that they had met "the one" within a couple weeks of knowing each other. A few months later Pat took Annie to his family's lake house on Lake Santee and asked her to be his girlfriend.

The past couple years of dating have been the best of their lives. Where does one even begin? They have taken countless trips together and travelled near and far to celebrate the marriages of their friends. However, both growing up around a lake, their most treasured moments have been weekends on the water at Lake Santee or up north in Minocqua, WI. They have had so much fun and are so blessed to be surrounded by amazing friends and family.

Fast forward a couple of years and they bought a house together in SoBro. After a couple months of renovations (thank you Pete and Pat Gray) they finally had a place to call home. Some of their best memories are those of working on projects, laughing, learning and growing together as they updated the house. They now have an adorable cat Mowgli (aka Mr. Man) who lives with them and spends most of his time cuddling up on the couch. They couldn't love their home and neighborhood anymore if they tried!

On September 15th, 2023, Patrick asked Annie to marry him. He told her that he made dinner reservations at Ambrosia on Friday night and that he wanted to walk around Broad Ripple before dinner. On their walk, he led her to Flower Alley. When they arrived, Pat got down on one knee and popped the question. Little did Annie know that Pat had recruited both of their sisters, Courtney and Olivia, to help plan the cutest proposal of all time. After Annie said yes, they all celebrated with champagne, some pictures and lots of happy tears. After their dinner reservation, Pat took Annie back home and surprised her with a house FULL of their closest friends and family. It was such an incredible night and special way to start their forever together. They are looking forward to an even bigger party at their wedding!
