Things to Do

Bottleworks District

Walking around Bottleworks is our favorite way to explore Indy! In addition to luxury accommodations, the Bottleworks District also offers a variety of restaurants, shops, and amusements:

Pins Mechanical: One of Indy's best and biggest bars! Pins has beer, old school entertainment, and cocktails. Play foosball, pinball, duckpin, ping pong, bocce, and more. (Meet up with the Bride and Groom here on Friday night after the rehearsal dinner!)

The Garage Food Hall: A 30,000 square foot community-focused food and market hall that occupies two of the historic bottling plant’s original garage buildings. The Garage plays host to a variety of food and beverage vendors, bringing top culinary talent, artisan craftsmen, residents, and visitors together.

Modita: Modita is an urban casual and Asian-inspired restaurant featuring a variety of dishes influenced by regional and cultural cuisines.

Sundry and Vice: Upscale bar inside the Bottleworks hotel (make sure to try the espresso martini shot, it's our favorite!)

The Fountain Room: Mass Ave's Finest Supper Club! The Fountain Room features incredible food, cocktails and was named one of Open Table's 50 most beautiful restaurants in America!

All of Indy's best restaurants and bars are along Mass Ave! This row is very walkable with lots of outdoor patios, restaurants and shops. Some of our favorites include The Tap, The Eagle, Mesh on Mass and Bakersfield.

The Indianapolis Cultural Trail

The 8-mile biking and walking trail connects all six of Indy's Cultural Districts. From Mass Ave to White River State Park and Fountain Square, the trail is a safe, healthy and convenient way to explore the city.

The Rathskeller

The Rathskeller is one of the most beloved places in Indy! Pat and Annie have spent many weekends with friends listening to live music and enjoying beers (plus a fireball shot or two) in the biergarten. It's fun way to spend a Friday night or Saturday afternoon in the heart of the city.
