No! Definitely not - feel free to stay wherever is the most convenient to you. We will be running shuttles to the venue from the Ayres Hotel, which offers free parking so you can park there and take the shuttle from other hotels or places you are staying.
When Should I RSVP by?
Please RSVP by March 10th so we have an accurate headcount for the venue and can plan accordingly. Thank you!
Is there parking at the venue?
Yes there is parking at the venue, so you can also drive directly there. We are allowed to park overnight as well, so you can always pick up your car the next morning.
What Should I Wear?
The dress code is formal. For men, please wear suits & ties and for women please come in nice cocktail dresses. The weather will be hot, so please take into account the summer weather in Southern California. We will be providing parasols and fans to help keep guests cool. The reception will be indoors with AC.
Can I Bring a +1 or kids?
Only the people addressed on the invitation are invited. Unfortunately we won't be able to accommodate extras, so please reach out if you have any questions on that.
Can I Take Photos or Videos?
Of course! We just ask that during the ceremony all phones are off except for immediate family who want to film.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes! We will be covering all food & drinks, so please just bring yourself and be ready to have a great time!
Are shots allowed at the venue?
Yes! We will be having shots at the reception and you can definitely order those at the bar.
