Ayres Hotel Chino Hills - Ontario
The Ayres hotel is 13 minutes away from the venue and there is a discounted rate to stay here as it's part of our hotel block. We will also have a shuttle going from the hotel to the venue and back.
The rate will be $149/room for a king bed & a sofa bed and a $159/room for two queen beds. You can book anytime between the block dates. All rooms sleep up to 4 people and are suite style with a fridge, microwave etc. There is also free breakfast and free parking.

Fairfield Inn & Suites Chino
There is no room block rate for the Fairfield Inn & Suites, but it's another hotel really close to the venue. It's also close to the Ayres Hotel if you want to take the shuttle. The average nightly rate is about $160/night. There is free parking & free breakfast and is the newest hotel in the area.
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Chino Hills, an IHG Hotel
Holiday Inn Express is another great hotel nearby. It's also close to the Ayres hotel if you want to take the shuttle. The average nightly rate is also around $160/night. There is free breakfast & parking provided.
Ontario International Airport
Ontario Airport is the closest airport to the venue. It's about 20 miles away from Vellano Estates. This is another great option to fly into and is bigger than John Wayne, but smaller than LAX.
John Wayne Airport
John Wayne is another small airport close to Orange County. It is about 35 miles away from the venue, but is close to great spots in Irvine and close to the beach.
Los Angeles International Airport
LAX is the biggest airport and has the most flights and probably the cheaper flights. The airport is about an hour away from Chino Hills & Orange County without traffic. Please plan accordingly as during rush hour LAX will be crazy so plan to either Uber or have someone pick you up.
