If you want a good laugh, just go up to Nathan, and ask him to tell you some stories from our childhood. Nathan is my older brother, and also one of my best friends. He is incredibly hard-working and very generous to his friends and family as well. Nathan is great in front of a crowd (I’ve always told him he should try his luck at stand-up comedy) so I am excited to hear his best man speech! Can't imagine this day without him.

I hope that everyone gets the opportunity to have a Jack in their life! Jack is my younger brother and one of my best friends. He has never been one too worry about what other people think of him and is not afraid to be himself. We have spent many hours, playing golf, watching UFC, and just hanging out together. Jack is one of the funniest guys I know, and I am so glad to have him as my best man in my wedding!

Kate was my roommate my first two years of college, meaning we got to have a sleepover everyday freshman year! She has become my bestest friend and my sissy for life. She is one of those people that everyone gravitates towards and wants to be around simply because of who she is, she is so unapologetically herself! She is so kind to everyone, so fun, and radiates the joy of the Lord. From laughing til we peed to the super hard days, she has always been there for me. I am beyond blessed to be loved by Kate and have her as a forever friend. I can't imagine this day without my girl!

Mya and I led a small group through our church together my junior year of college and now she is my roomie my senior year. She quickly became one of my best friends! I absolutely love spending time with her and love that she is so genuine in who she is. Mya is so funny, kind, and wise. She shines so brightly for the Lord and I am so proud to know her. One of my favorite things about our friendship is we can have deep convos but then an hour later be quite literally rolling on the floor, cracking up together. I am so excited to have her as one of my girls on my wedding day!

Hunter is Anni’s big brother, and when I first met him, I was pretty nervous. Little did I know that we would become great friends not too long after I introduced myself. Hunter is extremely loyal to his friends and family, which I admire very much about him. He is always looking out for others best interests yet he stays true to who is. I couldn’t have asked for a better brother-in-law.

Besides my family, I have known this man the longest out of anyone in my wedding party. Matthew and I became best friends in Mrs. McMillans kindergarten class and have continued that friendship to this day. No matter the valleys I may walk through in this life, I feel comforted that I have people like Matthew that I can depend on to be there for me. Matthew has always been a reliable friend, and I am stoked that he will be beside me on this day.

Hannah was my suitemate freshman year of college and then my neighbor my sophomore year. She is so fun and I love being around her! She is one of the most generous people I have ever known, with her time, the effort she puts into friendships, and even financially. She is so thoughtful with the people in her life. I remember she would write me a little sticky note and put it on my door every anatomy test day my freshman year, I mean CMON! She has such a big heart for the Lord and that flows into the way she loves those around her. I am so pumped to have her a part of our big day!

My girl since the beginning! Jaiden and I went to school together since 6th grade and became best friends in high school. We spent so much time together between sports trips, sleepovers, and everything in between. She just gets me, my soul sista! There's never a dull moment when I am with her, being around her is simply the best. She is so dang funny, caring, and dedicated. I have always felt so loved by Jaidy and inspired by her love for Christ. She loves others in such a selfless way that I know only comes from her love for God. This day would be incomplete without her by my side!

I met Jake during my freshman year of college and liked the guy so much I decided to live with him the next year. Jake and I have experienced lots of life together, and he has been there since the beginning of my relationship with Annika. He has always been a friend to Annika too and I appreciated that. Jake is a very driven man, and when he has his heart set on something he will go and get it. I will be glad to have him by my side on that day.

If you run into Josue during the wedding, you will most likely find him telling “remember when” stories to the boys. Josue and I met in high school and have been close friends ever since. Josue never fails to lighten the mood and isn’t afraid to laugh at himself as well. Josue has helped me not to take my self so seriously and see the humor in any situation. Josue and I have lots of crazy memories and I can’t wait to make more on the wedding day.

Clara Jane is one of the most awesome people you could know. I met Clara Jane the summer before my junior year of college and just clicked. She is so goofy and fun but also has such a gentle side. Her devotion to the Lord and living a life that aligns with what she believes inspires me. She is so thoughtful and so good at checking in with the people in her life. She is such a good listener and has always made me feel so cared for. She is so sincere and always herself, I love that! She has a contagious energy about her! We have shared so many fun memories and I am so excited to have her stand beside me on my wedding day!

This girl and her friendship is such a gift! I met Tessa the summer before my junior year of college. She was in Phoenix for a summer internship but goes to school in Iowa. Tessa and I joked that we were summer besties but by the time summer was over, she was plain and simple one of my best friends. Our friendship has shown me that it isn't always how long you have known someone but whether they make you feel known and loved. She has been so encouraging in my faith and is such an incredible friend. Anyone who meets Tessa just loves her, she is so fun and warm-hearted. It will be so sweet to have Tessa stand by me on my big day!

Philip is a one of a kind guy. Philip and I became friends during football practice at our middle school. Philip is fun to be around, loyal to his friends, and all around a solid dude. It's been an honor growing up with him from middle school, to freshman roommates, to now standing by me on one of the biggest days of my life. Thankful for a friend like Phillip.

My college experience would not be the same without John. I met John my freshman year when I barely knew anyone and he made an effort to get to know me right away. John lived just down the hall from my dorm, but my room was practically where he spent most of his time. John has always given sound and honest advice to me. I couldn’t imagine the day without him standing next to me.

I met Ashtyn my freshman year of college because she was my neighbor in the dorms! She quickly became one of my best friends and still is years later. We have had so many good memories together and also gone through such hard times. I love her heart for the Lord and how she always seems to be the first in the room to serve those around her. Everyone loves Ash and her goofiness! I am so thankful for her lifelong friendship and her constant support. I can't wait to have her as one of my bridesmaids on my wedding day!

I always tell people how blessed I am to have been given family that can encourage me like Jasper. Jasper is my cousin and a big inspiration in my life. He has shown me what it looks like to have a Christ centered marriage and how to lead a family. Jasper is a great encourager and has inspired me to be a better man in many areas. I can’t wait for him to be a part of the big day!

I don’t think I will ever meet someone who has the same connection to their cousins as me. Jacob and I have been great friends for as long as I can remember. From playing air-soft wars and doing parkour around the neighborhood when we were kids to riding jet skis on the lake today, Jacob and I never have a dull moment. I am thankful to have family in my life like Jacob.
