Maybe golf is more your style... Good news! The Palm Springs area is home to more than 100 golf courses. So pack your clubs and schedule a tee time, because the Palm Springs & Palm Desert Resorts area is often referred to as the "golf capital of the world".

The Living Desert Zoo and Gardens is a non-profit zoo and desert botanical garden located in Palm Desert. The Living Desert is home to over 500 animals representing over 150 species and is rated one of the 10 Best Zoos in the US, specializing in the deserts of the world.

Indian Canyons is a nature reserve on Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians reservation land in South Palm Springs.
The park spans over 31,500 acres and is home to 60 miles of hiking trails that take you through breathtaking canyons, unique rock formations, and lush vegetation. Popular hiking trails include Andreas Canyon (1.2 miles, easy), Palm Canyon (2.7 miles, moderate), and Murray Canyon (4.7 miles, moderate).

This former waterpark was recently transformed into a cutting-edge surf wave pool & luxury aquatic resort. General Admission tickets include access to water slides, lazy river, lounge pool, splash pad, 3 bars, 2 restaurants, and great views of the surf pool!
