We have room blocks with a discounted rate at Coronado Springs Hotel and All Star Movie Resort. Both hotels are located on Disney World Property near Animal Kingdom Park. All Star Movie Resort is a great place to stay if you have children! Coronado Springs is a bit more upscale but is a beautiful resort to relax and enjoy the weekend! You can use the link under travel to book! While we recommend staying on property, you are free to stay wherever you like. Please keep in mind all wedding transportation will be leaving from the two Disney Resorts.

We recommend booking as soon as possible (February at the latest!) We only have a limited amount of rooms in our blocks, and would like to make sure our guests are able to find accommodations! While you can cancel your Disney Hotel reservation up to 5 days prior, we recommend cancelling at least 30 days before the wedding.

All of the events are taking place on Walt Disney World Property! Our Sangeet will take place in Epcot itself. The wedding will take place at the Wedding Pavilion near the the Grand Floridian Hotel, while cocktail hour and the reception will take place at the Grand Floridian Ballroom.

We will have buses leaving from both Disney Resorts for all the events. There is free parking at the Disney Resorts if you are staying at an outside hotel but still wish to use our transportation. For the sangeet, you cannot enter the park unless you use our transportation or enter the park with a ticket. For the wedding and reception, you can either park at the venues themselves or use our transportation.

That is completely up to you! Some people like having a car so that they can travel to other theme parks "cough cough Universal". However, Disney has multiple free ways of traveling from the hotel to the Disney Theme parks including bus, water taxi, monorail, and skyliner. We recommend that all guests arrive by Friday afternoon. You can check into the Disney Resorts at 3 PM, or you can call and request an earlier check in time.

The sangeet, wedding, and reception are all indoors. The baraat prior to the wedding and the cocktail hour will be held outdoors.

Alas the Magical Express is no longer in service. However there are many other ways to get from the airport to Disney World 1. Uber/lyft: This is a very affordable, convenient way to get from the airport to your hotel. 2. Mears Connect Driven by Sunshine: This shuttle bus runs 24/7 with both standard and express options. This is a good option if you are worried about surge pricing with rideshares and only have 1-2 passengers. However if you have 3 or more passengers, rideshares are often cheaper. 3. Rental Car: Multiple rental car companies are located in Orlando. While this is pricier than using a rideshare or shuttle, this is a good option if you are staying off property or want the flexibility to drive to other locations.
