Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the children in our wedding party and immediate family. We hope you understand & can enjoy a fun date night!

If you are able to RSVP as soon as you receive your invitation -that is wonderful and very helpful! The last day to RSVP is December 3rd, 2024. If we do not receive an RSVP reply by the date provided, you will be marked as a "Respectfully Decline." We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we must provide total guest counts to our vendors by a specific date. Due to this we cannot accept any late RSVPs. We appreciate your understanding!

Black tie is optional, but we ask that you do wear something formal. Dresses should be at or below the knees and our venue has a mandatory dress code of suit/sport coats and dress slacks for men.

Our colors are dark green, black, and gold. The private club where the wedding is being held will be extensively decorated for both the wedding as well as for their annual Christmas celebrations. You are absolutely not required to wear colors that align with the wedding colors, we just ask that you stick to the formal dress code.

We ask that you please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the ceremony, which starts at 6:00 p.m. Please keep in mind that Atlanta is known to have considerable traffic, so depending on traffic, your departure location, and mode of transportation, you may need to leave up to 45 minutes prior.

The venue will have full service valet available to all guests. Those who are being dropped off by ride share may ask to be let out in the valet area or front steps for ease of entry to the venue.

Yes! We opted for simplicity, and due to the aforementioned Atlanta traffic, we wanted to ensure guests could enjoy a seamless evening in one location. The ceremony and reception will be held in different rooms of the same private club.

Thank you for making the trip! We recommend that you look at booking flights as soon as possible into Atlanta's Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. Our venue is in Atlanta's metropolitan downtown area, so we recommend you stay in one of the nearby hotels or areas. Please check the 'Travel' tab for more details!

Between the end of our ceremony and the start of the reception, canapés will be passed and drinks will be available while the wedding party greets guests and takes formal photos. The reception will be seated with a full service buffet and bar. Cake will be served after everyone has had a chance to partake in the buffet! The night will end with some 'late night bites' immediately before the send off for bride and groom. **ALL food offered will be gluten free. If you have any other life threatening allergies, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can make the venue staff aware.**
