Things to do In Between...
As you may have noticed, there are a few hours in between our Ceremony and Reception to allow time for pictures with our Parents, Grandparents, and Wedding Party.
If you are traveling, this would be a great time to check into your hotel room! Below is also a list of some of our favorite places nearby to kill some time.
Druthers Brewing Company
Druthers is one of our favorite Breweries/Restaurants. We will have plenty of food & drinks at our reception, but if you are looking for a pre-reception drink to kill some time, we would highly recommend. Druthers is only about 1 mile from our reception venue.
The Shaker & Vine
The Shaker and Vine is a bit more of an upscale vibe and has self serve wine machines with over 70 wine selections to choose from. The Shaker and Vine is only about 1 mile away from our reception.
Rivers Casino & Resort Schenectady
Rivers Casino is a 21+ only casino located less than 1 mile from our reception venue. Rivers offers both table and slot machines as well as some restaurant/bar options.
