Good news, you're coming to Italy!! First things first, get your flight and accommodation booked as soon as possible, feel free to message us directly if you have any questions about where to stay.
You will need an updated passport to travel to Europe. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOUR PASSPORT DOES NOT EXPIRE WITHIN 6 MONTHS OF YOUR TRIP or you will not be permitted to board the plane.
When planning your travel consider the time difference and that you may experience jet lag, so it’s a good idea to arrive in Europe a few days in advance of the wedding to allow yourself time to adjust to the time zone.
HOW TO COMBAT JETLAG
En route to Europe - take a sleep aid (whatever works for you) and try to get a minimum of 4-5 hours of sleep on the flight. Once you land, stay awake that day as long as possible (until at least 8:00 pm). Then take another sleep aid to ensure you sleep through your first night. You’ll wake up on day 2 rested and ready to GO!
Traveling back to the U.S. - try NOT to sleep more than 1 -2 hours on the plane. Try to stay up as long as you can that day. Take a sleep aid the first night back to help you sleep through the night. You’ll be back on track must faster!
