Q & A

When should I RSVP by?

Kindly RSVP by April 10th, 2025. To RSVP, click the RSVP tab and type the name listed on your invitation. If you cannot attend, we would appreciate you letting us know as soon as possible. Any RSVPs after this date will be marked as a “NO” as we will be sending final headcounts to our vendors shortly after – you will be missed!

Can I bring a date?

We can only accommodate the number of guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one, your invitation will be noted with "and Guest" and you will be able to note that in your RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring my children?

Our wedding is strictly an adults-only, 21+ event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us!

What is the dress code?

We’d love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best formal cocktail attire. For the ladies, we recommend mid-to-full-length dresses. Gentlemen can wear a suit and tie or sports coat. Please no jeans, denim, or sneakers. Please also kindly avoid any colors traditionally reserved for the bride: whites, ivories, and creams.

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Please arrive starting at 3:15 PM to be seated by 3:55 PM and enjoy some light bites and champagne! Our ceremony starts promptly at 4 PM. If you arrive after the start of the ceremony, you will not be able to be seated and can join us at the start of cocktail hour instead.

How do I get to and from the venue?

The venue is conveniently located a 5-minute walk from our room block at the Marriott. Please refer to your invitation for the venue address, and the "Travel" tab for more information if you are staying at another hotel or driving in just for the day.

Is there an open bar?

Yes, enjoy libations on us! Penelope's Pitstop (the bar) will feature beer, wine, themed cocktails and mocktails. But, please don't forget to tip your bartenders!

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Weather permitting, our ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, while dinner and dancing will occur indoors. We recommend a light sweater or jacket should the weather be looking a bit cooler on our big day.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

If you would be so kind as to try and refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, that would be greatly appreciated. We have wonderful photographers and videographers that will be doing this for us! After the ceremony, you are more than welcome to take as many photos as you’d like! If you are posting any photos on social media, make sure to use our tag #OnCloudSnyds!
