JANUARY 2025 UPDATE: Our room block at the Lancaster Marriott at Penn Square is close to being fully booked, BUT there may still be rooms available outside of our block. If you choose to book outside of our block OR if you are staying at another hotel/Airbnb (suggestions below), please let us know when you RSVP so we can make sure you receive a welcome bag. Either way, we recommend booking your accommodations ASAP as it is a holiday weekend! Thank you :)
Lancaster Marriott at Penn Square (Room Block)

You may also book by calling reservations at the number listed above, or directly on the Marriott website and follow these directions... After entering the dates you will stay, use the “special rates” drop-down menu and select “group code”. Add the following codes:

Check-in will start at 4PM, and check-out is by 12PM. If you are driving, the Penn Square Garage is conveniently located next to the Marriott where you can park for the weekend. It is only a 3-minute walk to the venue as well.

Once our room block is fully booked, you can choose one of these recommended hotels located downtown or outside the city limits. AirBnb / VRBO may also be a great option if you are traveling with a group!
Holiday Inn Lancaster, an IHG Hotel
The Holiday Inn is just down the street from the Lancaster Marriott at Penn Square. If you are driving, the Duke Street Garage is conveniently located next to the Holiday Inn where you can park for the weekend. It is an 8-minute walk to our venue as well.

Located outside the city limits. An 11-minute drive to our venue!
Hampton Inn Lancaster
Located outside the city limits. An 11-minute drive to our venue!
Residence Inn Lancaster

Getting into Lancaster
Here are our suggestions for getting into Lancaster quickly and safely!
For those Flying in
- Philadelphia International Airport (PHL): You can either rent a car or take SEPTA's Airport Line (click here to view timetables) to Philadelphia's 30th Street Station for a train into Lancaster. Amtrak details are below.
- Harrisburg International Airport (MDT): You can either rent a car or take the train from Middletown train station (closest to MDT) into Lancaster. Amtrak details are below. Uber/Lyft may also be a good option as this is the closest airport to Lancaster.
- Baltimore/Washington International Airport (BWI): You can rent a car from here and travel into Lancaster.
Lancaster Amtrak Station (LNC)
Lancaster's Amtrak Station is situated at 53 McGovern Ave, Lancaster, PA, 17602. Train tickets can be relatively inexpensive round-trip if you plan accordingly - click here to plan your trip and purchase your tickets. From here, you can Uber/Lyft to the hotel and/or venue.
Parking
If you are planning on staying downtown in our room block or at the Holiday Inn, please see above for the closest parking garages situated next to each hotel.
There are also a few other parking garages to choose from if you are staying outside the city limits and driving in for the wedding. Of course, you can utilize street parking, but that may be hard to come by on a holiday weekend. Please see below for garages near our venue (and pricing information):
