π WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE FOR LADIES?
Ladies, please wear a formal dress in pink or burgundy. You may consider a church hat.
Please note, after the ceremony and photography, there will be a brief (30 min) second line (jazz parade) between the church and the reception. Ladies are encouraged to bring an additional pair of walkable shoes if not already wearing flats. Expect cobblestone or brick streets.

Gentlemen in the wedding party: white tie requested - see below
Gentlemen not in the wedding party: suit, tuxedo, or tailcoat requested - the suit you have at home is okay

π¦πΌ What is the dress code for children?
Please dress up.
Boys, nice plants, shirt, clip on tie appropriate. Little tuxedo would be super cute. π

βοΈ WHAT WEATHER SHOULD I EXPECT?
Low to mid 80s during the day. It may rain. Lows mid-60-70s. Expect high humidity.
βͺοΈ WILL THE WEDDING BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?
The ceremony and reception will take place indoors. Portions of the photography will take place outdoors. The second line will take place outdoors between the church and the reception.
πΌ WHAT KIND OF MUSIC WILL THERE BE DURING THE CEREMONY?
Sam will be composing the music for the mass, featuring choral singers, organ and brass. There will also be several favorite hymns, which the congregation and the choir will sing together.
π· WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT AFTER THE CEREMONY?
We will take photos and have a second line (jazz parade) to the reception.
π IS THERE EASY PARKING AT THE CEREMONY OR RECEPTION?
Yes. There are numerous parking lots in the French Quarter, all of which are paid.
There will not likely be street parking within several blocks of the wedding.
If you are staying at the Omni, you do not need a car. It is walkable.
If you are staying at the Wyndham, I recommend taking an Uber.
If you plan to explore outside the French Quarter, you may wish to rent a car.
π₯ I CANβT ATTEND THE WEDDING IN PERSON. WILL THE CEREMONY BE RECORDED?
Yes. The entire ceremony and a highlight video will be made available at a later date.

Yes! Please tag us. We kindly ask that you do not take photos/videos during the ceremony, as we would like you to spend the moment with us.
