Nick and I met in 2018 at Grand Valley State University. Nick and I were exactly what each other was looking for in a soul mate. I fell so deeply in love with Nick's personality, his huge heart, his genuine love for me, and his super great looks ;). Nick asked me to be his girlfriend on February 2, 2019, and little did I know, that would be the start of forever with my very best friend.

We began our story in a tiny, 500-square-foot apartment in Allendale. We got a super cute pup, Gus, and started our little family. As we raised our not-so-little golden doodle in our tiny apartment, Nick was working full time and I was working on my Bachelor's degree.

In 2021, we moved into a much more spacious apartment to give Gussy more room, or maybe to make sure we didn't drive each other absolutely bonkers in that tiny apartment. I graduated with my Bachelor's degree in April of 2022 and Nick got his job at the State of Michigan. Nick was and continues to be my biggest supporter in life, always encouraging me to follow my dreams and be the best version of myself. As I started the journey of obtaining my Master's degree, Nick was right by my side- through the good times, the bad times, the tears, the sleepless nights, the stress, the accomplishments, and much more. I will be forever grateful for the love and support that he has and continues to show me as I grow both personally and in my profession.

Finally, on July 29, 2023, Nick asked me to marry him at one of my favorite places on earth with my family and best friend there to witness it and help him execute the entire thing. This was by far the best day of my life and I think that Nick would say the same. We are now planning an amazing wedding and are so excited to celebrate our love surrounded by all of our favorite people. While this does not come close to capturing every moment, we hope that you enjoyed reading about our love story and cannot wait to have you all witness our commitment to spend forever with one another on the next BEST DAY of our lives! This is just the beginning of our story and we are so excited to have this be the next chapter in our book.
