Q + A

What should I wear/what is the dress code?

We would love to see our favorite people dressed up for our special day. The dress code is semi-formal. For men, this may include a suit or a long sleeve shirt and tie with dress pants. For the ladies, semi-formal includes a cocktail dress, midi dress, or pantsuit. We kindly ask that you refrain from wearing colors that are traditionally reserved for the bride such as whites, ivories, and creams.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

The ceremony is scheduled to begin at 4:30 pm and we ask that you arrive 15-30 minutes early to find parking and make your way to the space in a timely manner.

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

The ceremony and reception occur at the same location, making it easy for you to celebrate the entirety of this day with us. The ceremony is taking place outdoors, weather permitting, on a paved patio. Cocktail hour and reception will take place inside the venue.

When should I RSVP by?

We kindly ask that you RSVP no later than one month before the wedding date (RSVP by August 28, 2024) to allow us to get the final count for food and make the seating chart.

Can I bring a date?

Due to limited capacity, we kindly ask that you do not bring any additional guests unless indicated otherwise on your formal invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "(Your Name) & Guest" if a plus one has been reserved for you. We are so excited to celebrate with all of you!

Are kids invited?

Due to limited capacity, children are only invited if named on your formal invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "The {Your Last Name} Family" if your children have been accounted for. Your invitation will be made out to "Mr. & Mrs." if only you and your spouse have been invited. If this is the case, use our special day as a night out, free of kiddos.

Can I take photos during the ceremony & reception?

Given that we have hired professionals to capture our day, we are having an Unplugged Ceremony which means that we ask for phones and cameras to be put away during the ceremony. As far as the reception, we are welcoming you to take as many photos and/or videos as you please, however, please be conscious of the photographers and videographers and ensure that they are getting the space that they need to capture our special moments. We look forward to sharing our photos with you!
