The waiting room will begin working at 3:30 PST on June 25th, and guests will be allowed into the live stream closer to the 4:00 start-time.

If you do not have the zoom application installed, you should be able to proceed by selecting the option to view 'in browser'. Once you access the meeting, please ignore the message to login to dropbox; that is the waiting room and the host will let you into the feed as soon as they are ready (this will be noted at the bottom of the page as well).
