Busing
Busing to and from the venue will be provided. There will be two buses making trips. Please be prompt in making the buses on the wedding day (8/17). You must make the last bus time indicated for each departure or find your own way.
Leave the Hotel at: 2:20PM, 2:30PM
Leave Pond View Farm (venue) at: 9:00PM, 9:45PM, 10:15PM
Hampton Inn Shrewsbury
We have a block of rooms reserved at the Hampton Inn, Shrewsbury, PA. It is about 15-20 minutes from the venue. Please reserve a room by July 27, 2019 to get our block rate of $120-126 per night. Group code is PDW and name of Placke/Dodson Wedding. You may book online or by calling the hotel directly. Check-in begins at 3pm and check out is 11am. Early arrival is not guaranteed. If you are arriving on Saturday to the hotel and planning on using the buses, you may need to ask for early check in, or have your bags stored, since the buses will leave around 2:20/2:30PM.
Directions to Pond View Farm
Please do not follow your GPS to the farm venue. It will take you down a back dirt road that is difficult to maneuver.
Directions from Baltimore/York: From I-83 take Exit 36 onto MD-439. Turn LEFT onto MD-439E, continue 6.8 miles. Turn LEFT onto MD-23N, continue 4.3 miles. Turn RIGHT onto Jolly Acres Road, Pond View Farm will be 0.7 miles ahead on the RIGHT
From I-95: From I-95 take Exit 74 toward MD-152. Turn LEFT onto MD-152, continue 14.2 miles. Turn RIGHT onto MD-146, continue 1.7 miles. Turn LEFT onto MD-23N for 7.7 miles. Turn RIGHT onto Jolly Acres Rd, Pond View Farm will be 0.7 miles ahead on the RIGHT.
From Bel Air, MD: Start on MD-24N. Turn LEFT onto MD-23W, continue for 4.8 miles. Turn RIGHT onto Baldwin Mill Rd, continue for 1.3 miles. Turn LEFT onto MD-23N, continue for 10 miles. Turn RIGHT onto Jolly Acres Rd, Pond View Farm will be 0.7 miles ahead on the RIGHT.
